Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remarkably reduce the consumption of a waste material such as a slab urethane with a desired hardness, to a significant extent, without the deterioration of a surface quality, even if chip urethane is of a low density, and further, reduce cost and improve working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A chip material 16 is formed by crushing a waste material 13 such as urethane using a crusher 15. Next, the chip material 16 is supplied from a feed port formed on one side of a classifier 31, and is blown up or blown in by a blower. Further, the chip material 16 is aspirated or allowed to drop from carry-out holes opened at the top and bottom positions of the other side or from carry-out holes formed in small chambers at a varying distance from the feed port. Finally, the chip material 16 is carried out from the carry-out hole by a difference in specific gravity and is classified.
