Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for positioning the end of a coil wound around a recoiler drum at its lower part so that the coil ends may not overlapped each other.
CONSTITUTION: This slit coil holding device is provided with a coil end presser 9 which rotates while pressing the end of a coil, interlocking with a recoiler drum 1, and a device for returning the coil end presser 9 to its original position after the coil end is positioned at its lower.
