PURPOSE: To improve finish of a cut surface by way of eliminating production of cut residue by providing a bearing bar cutter, a twist bar cutter and a hydraulic device to drive the bearing bar cutter and twist bar cutter.
CONSTITUTION: A bearing bar cutter is furnished with a male die 2 and a female die 3 supported by and fixed on the head end parts of frames 4, 5, and on the upper end part of the frame 4, a hydraulic jack 8 is arranged. In the meantime, on a twist bar cutter, a slide frame 12 is arranged between guide frames 11, and the slide frame 12 is connected to a hydraulic jack 13. On these guide frames 11 and slide frame 12, dice 14, 15 are respectively supported and fixed. Consequently, at the time of cutting, no cut residue is produced, and finish of a cut surface is improved.
