PURPOSE: To easily and safely lift a product transported in good balance without involving a hazard in workability while freely adjusting length of a wire even when the liftably transported product is in arbitrary shape, size and weight.

CONSTITUTION: In a balance beam, a plurality of wire receiving parts 3 are provided to be respectively hung with a predetermined space below a beam 1 providing in the upward center a hook part 2 and which can be lifted and transported by a crane 6 or the like, to fixedly provide one end of a wire of predetermined length, inserted respectively through each wire receiving part 3, in one side of the beam 1 and also fixedly provide the other end of the wire 4 in a winding pulley 9 with wire length adjusting stopper mounted on the other side of the beam 1.
