Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform removal and pouring of liquefied gas only by one reservoir and to facilitate a switching operation by providing a passage for pouring liquefied gas to a cold supply unit having lower pressure than a liquefied gas collecting reservoir system. CONSTITUTION:When liquefied nitrogen LN for supplying cold is poured in an air liquefying separator 20, a liquefied nitrogen removing regulating valve 31 is closed, a liquefied nitrogen pouring regulating valve 35 is opened, and flow rate of the nitrogen LN is regulated by a liquefied nitrogen removing/ pouring regulating valve 33 and/or the valve 35. Thus, the nitrogen LN is guided from a liquefied nitrogen reservoir 23 to liquid inlet conduit 26 of a condenser 22 by means of pressure difference in conduits. Accordingly, the nitrogen LN is poured in the liquefied air chamber of the condenser 22 to supply the cold, and a predetermined quantity of nitrogen gas GN is liquefied in the condenser 22 to obtain a necessary amount of refining tower circulation liquid. Thus, the nitrogen LN can be removed/poured by opening and closing small number of valves.
