Abstract:
Method and device (FIG. 1) for conditioning of hydrocarbon fluids before their fractioning by means of mechanical vibrations comprise the supply of fluid into the space (1) of the rotating working wheel (2), the discharge of fluid into the circular chamber (4), formed by the working wheel and the stator (7) through a series of outlet openings (8), and outflow of fluid. During this, preferred empirical relationships are observed: R is the radius of the peripheral cylindrical surface of the working wheel, DELTA R is the radial size of the circular chamber, n is the frequency of the working wheel rotation, K is the number of the outlet openings of the working wheel, B is the integer in the range of 1 ... K/5.
