PURPOSE: To provide an IC handier which can suck or detach ICs simultaneously by two IC heads in conformity with the different distances of IC storing parts of a feed tray, a preheater and a loader shuttle.
CONSTITUTION: An IC head B is fixed to a robot 9, while an IC head A is moved by a motor 17, a ball screw 18 and pulleys 23, 24. Accordingly, the distance of the IC heads A and B is changeable. Two ICs are sucked or removed simultaneously by two IC heads A and B in conformity with the different distances of IC storing parts of a feed tray 1, a preheater 5 and a shuttle 6. Since the distance of two IC heads A and B can be freely set, this IC handier processes any kind of trays in a short time, and is effective to improve the productivity.
