Title:
IC FOR MOTOR CURRENT DETECTION AND CURRENT DETECTOR OR MOTOR CONTROL DEVICE USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011252706
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To achieve reductions in size, number of component parts, packaging area and cost of a current detection circuit for controlling motors.

An integrated circuit (IC) is internally provided with a differential amplifier circuit provided with a pair of plus and minus input terminals and an output terminal, wherein the input terminals of the differential amplifier circuit can accept inputs of negative voltages and have a function to cut off the circuit when an excessively high voltage is inputted. The integration of the circuit achieves reductions in size and cost of a current detection circuit and reductions in size and cost of a motor control circuit, a motor control device or various devices using a motor control device can be realized.
