Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice cream display cabinet which ensures an adequate preservation of the ice cream when serving the ice cream and is able to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art.SOLUTION: An ice-cream display cabinet (1) includes a counter (10) and a refrigerable display cabinet (20) arranged above the counter. The refrigerable display cabinet extends in a vertical direction (Y) perpendicular to a horizontal floor and is arranged on floors spaced in parallel from each other along the vertical direction (Y) in an inner compartment (22) of the display cabinet. Ice-cream tubs (200) are supported by the refrigerable display cabinet and removable from the inner compartment. An ice-cream drawer (30) comprises a refrigerable element made at least partially from a heat-storing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
