Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive small-sized ice cream producing device having a heating function so as to carry out a processed required for ice cream production by one device.
SOLUTION: A first and a second material containers are changeably set corresponding to a cooking process in a cocking chamber 3 equipped with a heater 22 and a temperature sensor 24. The first material container 5 is a heating container provided with a stirring blade and the second material container is composed of a cooling container provided with a stirring blade and the circumference packed with a regenerating agent. An individual cooking can be carried out in heating and cooling and an ice cream can be produced by a continuous process from heating to cooling.
