Abstract:
To provide an ice grain injection device, having high machining power to be used in deburring metal parts as well.
In an ice grain mixing tank 1, ice grains 3 and water 20 are mixed to a predetermined concentration to form ice slurry 18, the ice slurry is supplied to a jet gun 14 by a gun supply pump 12, high pressure water 19 with arbitrary pressure is supplied from a high pressure water manufacturing device 16 to the jet gun 14, and the ice slurry 18 is accelerated by the high pressure water 19 and injected toward a workpiece 15.
