To solve the problems that in a conventional illumination device, against the average chromaticity of a pixel of a background except a specific object of an image displayed in an image display part, only a light source of illumination is controlled, control of the light source of illumination against the object is not carried out, and a sense of realism against the object cannot be obtained.

This is constituted by installing an object specifying part 21 to specify the object from the image displayed by the image display part 16, an object change analyzing part 22 to analyze changes of the object specified by the object specifying part 21, a light source part 24 to illuminate admiring environment of the image, and an illumination control part 23 to control a light source part 24 in conjunction with the changes of the object analyzed by the object change analyzing part 22. By this, in conjunction with the changes of the object inside the image displayed by the image display part 16, illumination state to illuminate the admiring environment can be changed, and the sense of realism can be given to an observer of the image.
