PURPOSE: To prevent impairing the fine appearance of a plastic mirror by pinching a part of the plastic mirror with a pair of pinching members, connecting it to a support, and achieving a lightweight construction with this plastic mirror consisting of thin thickness members.

CONSTITUTION: A base 1 is equipped with a power switch 2. A casing 4 is provided rotatable through a rotary shaft 3, and in this casing 4 a power supply part is incorporated which supplies low voltage power. A plastic mirror 14 is made from thin thickness members, at which a light source 27 is installed oppositely in optical terms, and a part of this plastic mirror 14 is pinched by a pair of pinching members 16, and a mirror fixing member 17 is connected to a support 13. This allows achieving a lightweight construction using this mirror or flexible nature, wherein there is no fear of impairing the fine appearance of mirror likely at the time of its installation.
