Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image acquisition device and image acquisition method which enable an image with a high contrast to be obtained using an easier method even in a situation in which an excitation wavelength of a sample changes.SOLUTION: There is provided an image acquisition device including a light source 2 configured to emit laser light and to be capable of controlling a wavelength of the laser light, a measurement unit 53 configured to scan a sample S using the laser light and to measure an intensity of measurement target light from the sample S by receiving the laser light, and a control unit 6a configured to generate an image of the sample S based on intensity distribution of the measured measurement target light. The control unit 6a controls a wavelength of the laser light based on the intensity distribution of the measured measurement target light.
