To provide a method for capturing an image whose blur is easily corrected.
The image capturing method for capturing the image of a first part 9 by using an image capturing apparatus 32 includes: a first approaching process where the image capturing apparatus 32 approaches and stops at a scheduled clamping place 55 where the image capturing apparatus 32 images the first part 9; an image capturing process for capturing an image of the first part 9 by the image capturing apparatus 32, to form the image; and an image correcting process for correcting the image. In the first approaching process, the image capturing apparatus 32 is linearly moved with respect to the first part 9. Further, an attenuation standby time 65 being a time until the image capturing is started in the image capturing process, after the image capturing apparatus 32 approaches and stops at the scheduled clamping place 55 in the first approaching process is set to a time longer than an attenuation time when the vibration of the image capturing apparatus 32 is attenuated to a predetermined amplitude.
