Abstract:
To provide an image diagnosis support unit which accomplishes the stable image diagnosis for radiation images different in the image characteristics.
An image data characteristic detection part 31 detects the image characteristics of the image data. Based on the image characteristics obtained, a threshold correction part 32 corrects the thresholds stored among the thresholds 43. A diagnostic part 33 conducts the pattern recognition of the image data using the corrected thresholds to detect abnormal shade candidates.
