Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form the above device to a larger size which is a recent demand according to lowering of the resistance value of plasma electrodes which are first electrodes by lowering this resistance value.
CONSTITUTION: Groove parts 23 are formed in parallel with the plasma electrodes 15 under the respective plasma electrodes 15 of a glass substrate 14 and silver paste is packed into these groove parts 23 to form silver electrodes 24. The plasma electrodes 15 are formed on the respective groove parts 23 and barriers 16 are formed on the respective plasma electrodes 15.
