PURPOSE: To provide the image display device which permits easy exchange of an image for display.

CONSTITUTION: The circumference of one opening of a device frame 16 is enclosed by a partition part 30 of a partition member 26. A groove part 28 holding a transparent panel 46 and the peripheral edge of a milky white panel 48 stuck with a film is formed by the partition part 30 and a holding part 32 arranged inside the partition part 30. This holding part 32 is formed to a shape cutting the lower part of the device frame so that the milky white panel 48 can be inserted into the groove part 28 from below. A rear plate 20 fixed to the device frame 16 and a cap part mounted turnably on the device frame are arranged in the opening on the side opposite to the opening arranged with the partition part 30 of the device frame 16. One end of the device frame 16 is opened by the cap part, by which the milky white panel 48 is inserted from this opening into the groove part 28 while the panel is elastically deformed.
