Abstract:
To provide an image formation device for executing a print processing by utilizing residual quantity information of sheets loaded on a paper feeder; and to provide a control method thereof, and a program.SOLUTION: The number of sheets necessary for a print processing is calculated as a print necessary number in consideration of the number of sheets inserted in setting on the side of an image formation device in addition to the page number obtained by analysing PDL data, or of the maximum consumption number consumed when performing a jam processing. Hereby, occurrence of interruption during execution of the print processing can be prevented, and work efficiency in the image formation device can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
