To efficiently manage a number of image formation jobs while eliminating the useless waiting time of an image forming device.
This system comprises a storage means for storing a plurality of image formation jogs, and an image formation schedule management means for forming na image formation schedule for making the image forming device execute the stored image formation jobs, in which the image formation schedule is updated when a new image formation job is requested from information equipment or the like and when a jog completion signal from the image forming device is received. This system further comprises a storage means for dividing the image formation jobs to image formation data and image formation condition data followed by storing, and an image processing part 30 for expanding the image formation data to image data according to the image formation schedule. The predicted necessary time included in the image formation condition data is recalculated from the time required for the expansion of the image formation data to the image data in the image processing part 30 to update the image formation schedule.
