A page data selector 105 selects page data directing an arrangement position to a sheet, from a plurality of page data contained in a document file of a printing object. A print type selector 108 accepts selection of a print type representing a form of printing the selected page data. An arrangement position director 110 directs the arrangement position of the page data for the print type. A printer 112 prints the page data at the directed arrangement position by the selected print type.
