PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of displaying information by which a restriction content can be known when use by a user is restricted, a system with the same, a terminal constituting the system, and a method for displaying the information.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 includes: an HDD 108 in which a plurality of restriction conditions can be set for every user, and which stores the restriction conditions set for every user; a touch panel 124 which accepts input of instructions by users; a CPU 102 which determines whether or not the restriction conditions to the users are stored in the HDD 108 according to the instructions by the users; and a display panel 122 which displays the restriction information representing the content of restrictions corresponding to the restriction conditions on receiving that it is determined that the restriction conditions are stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
