Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device managing system unnecessitating taking a wasteful measure in the case of erroneous detection.
SOLUTION: When SC(service man call) is generated (step S301), the difference between the total counter of the SC occurrence of a previous time and a present total counter is taken and the difference is compared with an SC interval set in advance. When the difference is larger than the SC interval (step S303), SC information (abnormality information) is executed (step S304) and the present total counter is substituted to the total counter at the time of occurrence of SC at the previous time (step S305). On the other hand, when the difference is smaller than the SC interval, SC information is not executed and the step S305 is executed.
