To provide an image forming device preventing the noise of flipping paper emitted by the leading edge of a sheet and the deformation of the leading edge of the sheet, by preventing the deflection of the leading edge of the sheet, which may occur accompanied by a sheet registration member.

The image forming device 1 includes: a pair of registration rollers 6, 6a carrying the sheet P; a rotatable sheet registration member 5 correcting the skew of the sheet P, bringing the sheet P in contact with the registration surface 5a. A sheet guide member 7 positions downstream of a nipping part of the pair of the registration rollers 6, 6a in the sheet carrying direction, and is equipped on the sheet side of the registration surface 5a at the maximum rotated position of the sheet registration member 5.
