Abstract:

To provide an image forming system capable of effectively utilizing a display unit, and a technique related thereto.

An image forming apparatus 1 comprises an input control unit 11 and a display control unit 12. The input control unit 11 receives an operation input by a user. The display control unit 12 displays a job list screen on a display unit 6b when a display instruction for the job list screen is received during a setting operation period related to mode setting, and the display control unit 12 makes the job list screen invisible and displays an information display screen related to operation content during the setting operation period on the display unit 6b when a non-display instruction for the job list screen is received while the job list screen is being displayed.
