A switch 10 for attaching/detaching an infrared-ray cut filter 2 is provided to attach/detach the filter 12 by the operation of the switch 10, and an operation signal from the switch 10 is supplied to a drive controlling microprocessor 9. When the microprocessor 9 judges the detachment of the filter 2, a prescribed signal is supplied to an on-screen display(OSD) circuit 11 based on the judgement and a control signal from the microprocessor 9 is supplied to an optional infrared-ray emitting circuit 12 to control the light emission of the circuit 12. A signal is supplied from an infrared-ray emission interlocking/non-interlocking setting switch 13 to the microprocessor 9 to set the interlocking/non-interlocking of infrared-ray emission.
