PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the setting of restriction of interruption by another user during the execution of an event.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 executes an event specified through log-in. A use restriction control unit 132 receives the setting of a password for use restriction in response to the log-in, and compares the set password with a password for collation received in response to log-in performed during the execution of the event, and when both passwords do not match, the image forming apparatus 10 performs use restriction processing of prohibiting the interruptive execution of the event from the log-in performed during the execution of the event.
