Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus having a data transfer function which can transfer without causing a problem in a copyright act when data in which an electronic watermark is performed, are received.
SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes (1) a means for storing inputted or received image data once in a memory and printing out, (2) a detecting means of invisible watermark in inputted or received image data, (3) a bar code information generating means, and (4) a visible watermark giving means. When a printout disabled state of the image processing apparatus is detected and the residual capacity of the memory becomes less than a predetermined value, predetermined bar code information and agent output message are added to the data stored in the memory. When the invisible watermark is detected, predetermined visible watermark is given and transferred to a predetermined given transfer destination. After the printout disabled state is eliminated, the transfer data returned from the transfer destination are printed and outputted.
