PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate alignment not only in an area where an operator desires to align feature points in priority to other areas, but also in an area other than that area, in alignment among a plurality of images.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: a feature point acquisition part for acquiring a priority feature point to be aligned in priority, and a non-priority feature point to be aligned in a priority lower than the priority feature point, of feature points acquired from at least either a first image or a second image; a weight setting part for setting the weight of the non-priority feature point on the basis of an evaluation value to evaluate characteristics of the non-priority feature point, and setting the weight of the priority feature point of a value larger than the weight of the non-priority feature point; and an alignment part for performing alignment between the first image and the second image on the basis of the priority feature point and the weight of the priority feature point, and the non-priority feature point and the weight of the non-priority feature point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
