To improve printing speed of printing using forward printing and backward printing.SOLUTION: A profile for forward printing and a profile for backward printing are adjusted so that a color of an image to be printed in a forward direction using the profile for a forward printing and a color of an image to be printed in a backward printing using the profile for a backward printing are similar to each other. An image processing device executes first generation processing which is executed using the profile corresponding to a first direction, the opposite direction of a printing direction of partial printing lastly performed, to generate first partial printing data; and executes second generation processing which is executed using the profile corresponding to a second direction, the same direction as the printing direction of the partial printing lastly performed, to generate second partial printing data. The image processing device determines a noticeable printing direction to be the first direction using noticeable partial image data, outputs first partial printing data when the noticeable printing direction is determined to be the first direction, and outputs second partial printing data when the noticeable printing direction is determined to be the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
