PURPOSE: To automatically classify the kind of the document just after it is inputted, to successively display the document on each terminal, to automatically check entry items and to shorten processing time by using a display means, an analysis means, a storage means, a collation means and a display control means.
CONSTITUTION: The contents written on a paper document is converted into electronic image data by an image input means 101. As for the format information on the image of an inputted document, the format of the document is extracted by an analysis means 102. The contents of a means 104 storing plural of preliminarily stored reference format information 105 and plural of the display orders within an image display means 106 by relating them with each other and the display order of the documents inputted by the comparison by a means 103 collating the format information analyzed by the means 102 and information 105 are determined. Displays are successively performed by a display control means 107 performing a control so as to perform the displays in accordance with the display order related to the compatible information 105 by the means 103. Thus, large quantity of documents can be processed at high speed because the display order can be determined by the inputted format of the document without using a human judgment.
