Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder exhibiting excellent convenience.
SOLUTION: When a new sheet is not present at the time of recording on the opposite sides and recording is performed on the rear sheet based on the setting of a set key 66, received image data on the opposite sides is recorded on the rear sheet in place of the new sheet at a recording section 50. Consequently, the received image data on the opposite sides is recorded with no interruption after the new sheets are used up before being supplemented. Received image data on the opposite sides requiring instantaneousness can thereby be acquired immediately. Since the received image data is erased from an image memory 80 upon ending recording of the received image data on the opposite sides, memory over of the image memory 80 can be prevented and a convenient facsimile 1 having copy function can be provided.
