To provide an image sensing module which excellently shuts off electromagnetic radiation noise to an image sensing substrate, and obtains an image of high precision with stability.

The image sensing module 1 includes: the image sensing substrate 2 having a ground wiring and to which an image sensing element 2a is mounted; a lens member 3 supporting to a holder 3b a lens 3a which collects object light to the image sensing element 2a; a plurality of supporting pins 4 with one side attached to the holder 3b of the lens member 3, which are attached in a state that the image sensing substrate 2 is penetrated, to support the image sensing element 2a to the lens member 3; and a shielding member 5 arranged in the other side of the supporting pin 4, connected to the ground wiring and overlapped with the image sensing substrate 2, and provided with a side part 5a elongated toward the side surface of the image sensing substrate 2 and fixed to the holder 3b. The image sensing module 1 excellently shuts off electromagnetic radiation noise. Even when shock is given to the shielding member 5, neither shock nor stress is given to the image sensing substrate 2 and the supporting pins 4, and as a result, an image of high precision can be obtained with stability.
