Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of achieving a high-speed operation while suppressing noises and a driving method of the imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus, each pixel 101 includes a photoelectric conversion part and an FD wiring 141. A multi-value signal line CON4A extending along a column direction is connected to the source or drain of an amplification transistor included in a first pixel. A multi-value signal line CON4B is connected to a second pixel that belongs to the same column as the first pixel. A first shield wire 107A is positioned between the first pixel FD wiring 141 and the multi-value signal line CON4A in plan view. A second shield wire 107B is positioned between the FD wiring 141 of the second pixel and the multi-value signal line CON4B. A first voltage and a second voltage are selectively supplied to the multi-value signal line CON4A. A third voltage and a fourth voltage are selectively supplied so as to have a reverse phase with a voltage supplied to the multi-value signal line CON4A to a multi-value signal line CON4B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
