Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change an image section to be finally recorded on a medium in a configuration for temporarily recording a photographic image in a capacity limited memory.SOLUTION: Recording control of a memory for temporarily recording a photographic image is implemented in response of a shift instruction from a user. A control section inputs the shift instruction including user designation information to a display image on a display section and updates an image recording start position in the memory in response to the shift instruction. A following photographic image can be recorded by using a recording region of a preceding photographic image before the updated recording start position as an overwrite allowed region. On the display section, a photographic image is displayed at e.g., a specific time interval and when the user selects an image and issues a shift instruction, a following photographic image can be recorded by allowing overwrite on a region before the selected image position in the memory.
