Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set a sheet size in the case where a detection result of the sheet size changes in the state where a sensor has detected the existence of the sheet, after the sheet size is set.SOLUTION: After size setting processing (S201) for storing a sheet size in a storage part, a control circuit of an image forming device executes determination processing (S203) for monitoring the change in the detection result by size detection means. In the determination processing, in a state where the sheet has been detected by the sheet detection means (S202: Y), in the case where the detection result by the size detection means is not aligned with the sheet size stored in the storage part (S203: Y), it is determined to be a size change state. In the case of determining to be the size change state, the control circuit allows a display part to display a setting screen for urging a user to set the sheet size and stands by.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
