The imaging device 100 includes an imaging unit 120 which converts an optical image of a subject into an electric signal, an analog-to-digital converter 130 which converts the electric signal of the analog signal generated by the imaging unit 120 into an image signal of a digital signal, an image processing unit 160 which performs image processing for the image signal digitized by the analog-to-digital converter 130, and a control unit 140 which acquires a still image from the image signal digitized by the analog-to-digital converter 130 and saves it in a recording unit 141. The imaging device 100 is configured such that the image processing unit 160 performs the image processing using the still picture stored in the storage unit 141.
