To improve working efficiency by elimination of manual labor of editors in making additional information as a result of taking pictures using an imaging device equipped with an Internet connecting capability when taking images and sounds, and then of recording simultaneously the additional information relating to the images and the sounds that have been taken in imaging sites and news gathering sites.
In a keyword detecting section 12, a key word is detected from among image information and sound information that are taken by image-taking equipment. By searching in the keyword searching section 13 via the Internet, the searched additional information is input in an additional information input section 14 to record the additional information together with the images and the sounds, so that the working efficiency can be improved.
