Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of freely setting a charge storage period in an integration circuit, and being stably operated.SOLUTION: An exposure time control circuit 1E of an imaging device 1 controls a timing of transition between a reset state in an integration circuit ITG, storage state of electric charge, and an unconnected state with a photodiode on the basis of the output of the integration circuit ITG, while maintaining a charge storage time setting available period (period T2 to period T3B) comprising the respective states constant. Accordingly, a charge storage period in the integration circuit ITG is controlled.
