PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device having a light emitting part that enables an antenna to be arranged so as to not reduce communication performance of a radio communication ahead and behind the imaging device even when the light emitting part is moved to a light emitting position.SOLUTION: The imaging device comprises: an antenna that is provided on an upper side of the imaging device, and performs transmission/reception of a radio communication; and light emitting means that is capable of moving a housing position located at a forward side further than the antenna and a light emitting position located on the upper side further than the antenna. The imaging device has an antenna protection section in which at least a part thereof for protection by covering the antenna is composed of a material different from a metallic material, and when the light emitting means is located at the housing position, the antenna is disposed on the upper side further than a metallic material part of the light emitting means, and when the light emitting means is located at the light emitting position, the antenna protection section is disposed so that a space is formed between the metallic material part of the light emitting means and the antenna protection section.
