Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find positional relationship of imaging means.SOLUTION: An imaging unit V acquires a video and generates a video signal. A sound pickup unit M acquires sound in the vicinity of each imaging unit V and generates an acoustic signal. A pronunciation unit S outputs a predetermined reference sound in the vicinity of each imaging unit V. A sound source unit 1 outputs the reference sound from each pronunciation unit S independently. An acoustic operation unit 2 finds the information indicating positional relationship of respective imaging units V, by correlation operation of the reference sound and multiple acoustic signals acquired by respective sound pickup units M. The acoustic operation unit 2 generates an output video signal representing the video from a predetermined view point, from multiple video signals acquired by respective imaging units V by using the information indicating positional relationship of respective imaging units V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
