Abstract:
To provide an image forming system capable of outputting a notification before staples are used up eliminated without requiring a sensor for detecting that a remaining quantity of staples is reduced to a predetermined near end level.SOLUTION: A image forming system comprises: a display; a first processing part for displaying a first screen which prompts an input of first numerical information corresponding to the quantity of staples in a stapler unit when the stapler unit is newly mounted, on the display; and a second processing part for counting the quantity of staples used by stapling when the stapling is executed, and outputting a notification regarding the remaining quantity of staples in the stapler unit based on the quantity used and the first numerical information inputted in response to the first screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
