Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable stable measurement even in an environment containing saturated steam and in a corrosive atmosphere by keeping moisture in the atmospheric air and a corrosive atmosphere from reaching the side of a detector through a hollow pipe with an expansion body provided within a converter. CONSTITUTION:A converter 2 is provided with a housing container 11 at a part of which an atmospheric pressure port 10 is formed and an electric circuit 12 which inputs an electrical signal supplied through a wire 9 provided in the container to be converted into a current signal after amplified and a partition 15 is in the housing container 11 to separate the electric circuit 12 and the atmospheric pressure port 10. Two balloons 14a and 14b are provided so as to be mounted on surfaces of the partition 15 covering two holes formed in the partition 15. The balloons 14a and 14b are expanded according to a pressure of the atmospheric air getting into or out of the balloons through the atmospheric air pressure port 10 to make the pressure on the side of the electric circuit 12 equal the atmospheric pressure thereby transmitting the pressure into the housing container 5 through a hollow pipe 4 within a cable 3.
