Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immuno-chromatography apparatus capable of obtaining a more accurate inspection result by apparently reducing the sign by non-specific reaction and capable of a more accurate inspection result by detecting the generation of the non-specific reaction.
SOLUTION: An immuno-chromatography apparatus is constituted of developing particles comprising main particles and dummy particles and a membrane provided with a region judging a substance to be measured and the main particles support the antibody or antigen to the substance and are constituted of an insoluble carrier supporting an immunologically inert substance and the insoluble carrier constituting the main particles has a color discriminable from the membrane and the dummy particles do not support the antibody or antigen to the substance and are constituted of an insoluble carrier supporting an immunologically inert substance and the insoluble carrier constituting the dummy particles has a particle size larger than that of the insoluble carrier constituting the main particles.
