Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately analyze CK-MM by making CK-MM to react to an anti-CK-MM antibody and determining the CK-MM bound with the anti-CK-MM antibody.
CONSTITUTION: After the diluted solution of a blood serum sample is brought into contact with an insoluble substrate bound with an anti-CK-MM antibody, the aqueous solution of the diluted solution is removed. Then the substrate is brought into contact with the solution of a labeled anti-CK-MM subspecies antibody. After the solution is removed from the substrate, the labeled antibody bound with the insoluble substrate is determined. Therefore, the CK-MM in the blood serum sample can be measured.
