Abstract:

To provide a measuring kit used for immunoassay method that contains a reducing agent, having improved stability in the solution state and reduced irritating odor, and the immunoassay method that uses the reducing reagent.

Molecules having respectively a sulfhydryl group and an amino group and not having a negative functional group, such as a carboxylic group are used as the reducing agent. Hereby, the stability of the reducing reagent in the solution state can be improved, and the irritating odor can be reduced.
