Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact printer capable of carrying out an impact processing on objects to be processed with a wide thickness range.SOLUTION: An impact printer is provided, the impact printer creating a desired image by making a plurality of dot-shaped impact traces on the surface of an object to be processed by carrying out an impact processing with a processing tool. The impact printer includes: a first base member provided with impact heads for performing an impact processing with a processing tool on an object to be processed disposed in the forward direction, the heads being disposed so as to freely move in three axial directions orthogonal to each other; and a second base member provided with fixing means to fix the object to be processed, the fixing means being disposed in a detachable manner and disposed in a detachable manner at the forward side of the first base member.
