Abstract:

To provide an impact-resistant permanent form made of a rubber, which surely protects a concrete structure such as a check dam and a bridge pier by absorbing an impact generated by a collision, even if a rock, driftwood or the like collides with a form body, which facilitates transportation and storage, and which can be manufactured by using a manufacturing mold, without reference to the shape of the form body, when the form body is molded.

This impact-resistant permanent form comprises: the rubber form body (1); a reinforcing material (2) which is embedded in the form body (1); and a plurality of connecting members (3) which are fixed to the reinforcing material (2) and provided in such a manner as to be flush with the backside (1a) of the form body (1) or be dented from the backside (1a). The connecting member (3) is composed of at least a prismatic flexible mounting body (31), and a female screw member (32) which is mounted in the mounting body (31).
