Title:
IMPELLER PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3794001
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain temperature rise due to rotation of an impeller so as to prevent bubbles from generating and reduce decrease in hot water feed capacity by providing slits on one part or the whole among the blades of the impeller.
SOLUTION: A driving magnet 10 is rotated by a motor 11, a magnet 9 is rotated in magnetic combination by the rotation, and an impeller 20 is rotated integratedly with it to perform pumping action. Liquid in a connected vessel is sucked from a suction port 12, discharged from a discharge port 13, and fed through a pipe. Slits 22 are formed on the respective baldes 21 of the impeller 20. Hereby, stirring action of liquid at rotating the impeller is reduced, temperature rise of the liquid can be restrained, and boiling accompanied with temperature rise can be avoided. Hence, it has an effect preventing bubbles from generating, and can always maintain fixed favorable hot water feed capacity, without reducing the hot water feed capacity. In addition, the slits 22 can be alternately provided on the blades, or can be provided on the whole blades 21.
