Abstract:

To provide an implant fixation assisting agent for easily increasing the fixation rate of an embedded implant.

The implant fixation assisting agent including cells having osteogenic capability, preferably bone marrow stromal cells subjected to bone differentiation induction, and a carrier permissible as medicine, is provided. Further, the method of manufacturing the implant fixation assisting agent is provided, the method including cultivating bone marrow stromal cells in a culture medium containing a bone differentiation inducer, and mixing the bone marrow stromal cells having been cultivated, with a base material.
